How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I check the expiry date of my products?
Expiry dates are printed on the product packaging. Additionally, most products feature a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol, represented by an open jar icon with a number (e.g., 12M), indicating how many months the product remains effective after opening.
